This is a wonderful little add-on to Still Spirits stills and is used to infuse botanical aromas into the distilling spirit (this is how gin is made). Simply fill with your selected botanicals, screw it into the base of the Alembic Pot Still dome and condenser, and distil your own personal gin blend. It can also be used with a T500 condenser, but you have to remove the saddles and you will lose flavour in the reflux column.

This one comes with a basic 50 gram starter kit from Still Spirits containing juniper berries, coriander seed, liquorice root and citrus peels, ready to make your first gin with it.

You can also use the Botanicals Basket to infuse your spirit with other flavours, e.g. citrus or elderflower, for your own unique brand of spirit. You don’t have to be a lover of gin to get great use out of this system!
