We often have access to ridiculously good deals on certain hops. Sometimes they are dated stock, sometimes they are an end-of-line clearance, and sometimes we've just scored an excellent deal on bulk hops. In any case, we ensure that they are stored under ideal conditions and would never sell hops that are oxidised, damaged, or have any other faults (apart from age, which actually has surprisingly little effect even out to a decade old if stored properly). Our hops are always sold within their manufacturer's listed shelf life (usually three years from processing), unless they are specifically labelled with a crop year in the listing title.
